To guarantee the disinfection of all the bowls used during the ProWine, the event organizers will count on a company specialized in this specific hygiene niche, Netter. The company chosen for the service is a manufacturer of professional dishwashers and washing machines for the food industry that has been in the market for over 29 years and has sold more than 30,000 washers during this period.
The Covid-19 pandemic brought a series of changes to people’s social life, which today are important to minimize contagion. Reusable dishware – cutlery, glasses, bowls, and plates, for example, have become vectors of contamination. Therefore, they must not only be cleaned but must be disinfected, drastically reducing health risks. And this is only possible with compliance with processes executed correctly.
During the experience of visitors and exhibitors at ProWine, it is estimated that more than 8,000 glasses are used per day. To achieve the disinfection of all this material, it is necessary, after cleaning, to subject the glasses to high temperatures (above 60 to 90 degrees) and quality sanitizers with high cleaning and disinfection power. In this case, the organization of the event will count on the professional washing machines of Netter dishes, which do the work of hygiene (cleaning + disinfection) perfectly, ensuring the agility in this process in addition to the safety of everyone during the tests.
The Netter equipment washes all dishes with water between 55 and 65 °C and high alkaline detergents (PH12), dragging the dirt through motor pumps with strong jets directed to full coverage. The rinsing is done with clean water, added to the surfactant, at temperatures up to 90 ° C, also driven by pressure and with directed jets for full coverage of the dishes. With these temperatures, the drying process is optimized and streamlined. So, the equipment works efficiently helping the event to maintain the glasses sanitized and saving water – up to 70% when compared to the traditional manual washing process.
