For ProWine, Frigostrella presents its scaled ice machine, which is manufactured in a compact way, with materials of high thermal conductivity and mechanical resistance. Its shape facilitates maintenance, reduces operating costs and increases the useful life of the equipment. In addition, its cooling system has a low energy cost and can work with different refrigerant gases, such as R-22, R-404A, R-134A, R-438A, R-717, among others. Scaled ice is produced at an approximate temperature of -9ºC, which makes it ideal for cooling and preserving products, such as: meats, fish, sausages, drinks, pasta, fruits, vegetables, etc.
