The winery’s location, in the highest altitude area of the vast La Mancha, plain provides ideal weather conditions for the production of great wines. Hence, the Tempranillo grape offers its best expression influenced by the Mediterranean-Continental climate and the calcareous-clayey soils. Our wines pass through a triple process of selection: in the vineyard, its reception at the winery, and through wine tasting.
