Em 1929 o filho de imigrantes italianos João Perini começou a elaborar seus primeiros vinhos de forma artesanal no porão de sua casa, quando os fornecia para cerimônias festivas da comunidade local, no Vale Trentino, em Farroupilha. Quatro décadas após o patriarca iniciar sua modesta produção, seu filho viria a promover mudanças maiores. “Em outubro de 1970 resolvi ampliar os negócios da família, fundando a Casa Perini. Motivado e apaixonado por transformar a uva em vinho, busco a cada ano aperfeiçoar a vinícola com equipamentos, tecnologia e equipe qualificada, pois sem uma equipe profissional a arte de elaborar vinhos perde criatividade e talento.” E o que seria de qualquer arte sem esses elementos? O reconhecimento vem a cada prêmio alcançado e a cada consumidor satisfeito, o que se comprova com a conquista de mais de 200 medalhas nacionais e internacionais e, principalmente, com a recente premiação do Casa Perini Moscatel, eleito o 5° melhor vinho do mundo de 2017 pela WAWWJ (World Association of Writers & Journalists of Wines & Spirits). “Agradeço, em nome da família, aos apreciadores de vinhos que nos ajudam a fazer melhor em cada safra. In 1929, the son of Italian immigrants João Perini began to craft his first wines in the basement of his home, when he provided them for festive ceremonies in the local community, in Vale Trentino, in Farroupilha. Four decades after the patriarch started his modest production, his son would promote bigger changes. “In October 1970 I decided to expand the family business, founding Casa Perini. Motivated and passionate about transforming grapes into wine, every year I try to improve the winery with equipment, technology and qualified staff, because without a professional team the art of making wines loses creativity and talent.” And what would any art be without these elements?
