Fundada em 1950, a CAVIT (Cantina Viticoltori do Trentino) é hoje um consórcio de 11 adegas cooperativas associadas, representando cerca de 5.300 viticultores e 6.300 hectares de vinha (ou seja, mais de 65% de toda a região vitivinícola do Trentino). A CAVIT tem uma forte e enraizada ligação ao seu próprio território: as 11 adegas associadas estão espalhadas por todo o Trentino e contribuem para preservar a superior e diversificada tradição vitivinícola local. A CAVIT é hoje uma das principais adegas de Itália. É a marca líder na produção e venda de vinhos Trentino no mercado italiano e é a líder incontestável entre todos os vinhos italianos no mercado dos EUA. Com 200 empregados, produz mais de 80 milhões de garrafas por ano para um total de vendas superior a 270 milhões de euros. Como reconhecimento da qualidade premium dos seus vinhos, a Cavit reconhece todos os anos muitos prémios e medalhas, participando nos mais importantes concursos de vinhos nacionais e internacionais.

CAVIT has a strong and rooted tie to its own territory: the 11 member wineries are spread all across Trentino and contribute to preserve the superior and diversified local winemaking tradition. CAVIT is today one of the leading wineries in Italy. It is the brand market leader for production and sales of Trentino wines in the Italian market and is the undisputed leader among all the Italian wines in the US market. With 200 employees, it produces over 80 million bottles every year for total sales over 270 million of euros.
