“Hex Von Wein””se traduz como “”O vinho da bruxa””.
Foi das florestas da Alemanha que veio nossa inspiração; os ensinamentos recebidos pelo fundador da vinícola Ricardo Fritsch de seu mestre Schleicher R. podem ser resumidos em criar vinhos mais autênticos e expressivos, inspirados em velhos valores de felicidade e bem-estar e orientados pelo respeito ao elo entre a natureza e o homem. “”Fazer bons vinhos, com lucro se possível, com prejuízo se necessário, mas sempre bons vinhos.””
A nossa primeira safra foi em 1994, no porão da nossa casa em Picada Café (RS). Por lá, acontecia então a fermentação do vinho. Em 2004 construímos uma pequena cantina em pedra basalto a qual até hoje guarda nossos vinhos em temperaturas estáveis. E foi neste mesmo ano que certificamos a nossa produção orgânica dentro da conformidade do Ministério da Agricultura.
Almejar produzir bons vinhos é algo determinante e austero para nosso vinhateiro Ricardo Fritsch. Segundo ele, “”agradar a todos é tarefa impossível, porém meu incansável objetivo””.
Evolução e excelência
Ao longo dos anos temos buscado inspiração na escola da vida para produzir o sabor autêntico da uva em seu estado mais precioso. Temos consciência de que este estilo de vinho produzido na Hex von Wein é muito diferente do padrão comercial de mercado. Não ceder à “”fórmula tradicional”” reflete, antes de mais nada, a um gosto pessoal específico para vinhos, além de um ideal: resguarda a um produto que resgata a autenticidade do solo e a forma de produção dos antigos, respeitando a relação entre o homem e a natureza.
Não existe segredo nesta produção. A natureza é o ator principal de todo o processo; sem ela nada se produz, por mais excelente seja o solo do vinhedo. Os nobres lavradores Fabricio e Gabriel passeiam em suas vinhas, conversando com cada uma das mudas e com cada inseto que nela habita para que haja harmonia entre a vinha e a erva daninha e as abelhas que ali se reúnem com o joaninha e a cigarra que canta em sintonia com o sabiá.
O segredo para que a vinha produza bons frutos está em um clima favorável com poucas chuvas (o viticultor dificilmente vai se queixar da estiagem) e ter um excelente lavrador, tarefa está feita com o maior zelo pelo Fabrico de Pinto Bandeira e Gabriel de Monte Alegre dos Campos – RS.
Produzimos vinhos de forma artesanal a partir de um cultivo que a natureza produz de forma autêntica. No Brasil poucos vinhos são elaborados a partir de uvas orgânicas certificadas de forma natural e criteriosa, e nos orgulhamos de nosso pioneirismo.

It was from the forests of Germany that our inspiration came; the teachings received by winery founder Ricardo Fritsch from his master Schleicher R. can be summarized in creating more authentic and expressive wines, inspired by old values of happiness and well-being and guided by respect for the link between nature and man. “”Making good wines, with profit if possible, with loss if necessary, but always good wines.””
Our first vintage was in 1994, in the basement of our house in Picada Café (RS). There, the fermentation of the wine took place. In 2004 we built a small basalt stone cellar, which to this day keeps our wines at stable temperatures. And it was in this same year that we certified our organic production within the conformity of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Aiming to produce good wines is a determining and austere goal for our winemaker Ricardo Fritsch. According to him, “pleasing everyone is an impossible task, but my tireless goal.
Evolution and excellence
Over the years we have sought inspiration in the school of life to produce the authentic flavor of the grape in its most precious state. We are aware that this style of wine produced at Hex von Wein is very different from the commercial market standard. Not giving in to the “traditional formula” reflects, first of all, a specific personal taste for wine, as well as an ideal: it safeguards a product that rescues the authenticity of the soil and the way of production of the ancients, respecting the relationship between man and nature.
There is no secret in this production. Nature is the main actor in the whole process; without it nothing can be produced, no matter how excellent the vineyard soil is. The noble farmers Fabricio and Gabriel walk around in their vineyards, talking to each of the seedlings and to each insect that lives there, so that there is harmony between the vine and the weed and the bees that gather there with the ladybug and the cicada that sings in tune with the thrush.
The secret for the vineyard to produce good fruit lies in a favorable climate with little rainfall (the viticulturist will hardly complain about drought) and having an excellent tiller, a task that is done with the greatest zeal by Fabrico de Pinto Bandeira and Gabriel from Monte Alegre dos Campos – RS.
We produce wines in an artisanal way from a crop that nature produces in an authentic way. In Brazil few wines are made from certified organic grapes in a natural and careful way, and we are proud of our pioneering spirit.
