A Iconic Estate é uma das maiores produtoras e exportadoras de vinho engarrafado da Romênia, com mais de 60% da produção anual vendida no exterior. Os nossos vinhos são premiados pelos mais prestigiados concursos internacionais e somos o primeiro produtor de vinho romeno a receber a Grande Medalha de Ouro no “Concours Mondial de Bruxelles”.
Nossa vinícola está capitalizando com sucesso o potencial e a diversidade das regiões vinícolas mais proeminentes da Romênia, possuindo mais de 200 hectares de vinhedos em Dealu Mare (Big Hill) e outras regiões vinícolas. Uma parte da vinha tem sistema de irrigação por gotejamento e é certificada como orgânica. Dealu Mare (ou Big Hill), localizado na região vinícola de Dealurile Muntenia (Montes de Muntenia), tem raízes profundas na história da região que é chamada de “terra do vinho tinto”. O típico microclima quente e seco e os outonos bastante longos favorecem um amadurecimento lento e profundo das uvas. Há um longo tempo de vegetação de 210-240 dias com uma umidade máxima de 55-80%. O solo aqui está repleto de fósseis marinhos e as uvas desfrutam da combinação perfeita de dias quentes e noites frescas.
As Caves Rhein & CIE Azuga 1892 foram criadas em 1892 por Wilhelm Rhein, que, a pedido do Rei Carol I, contribuiu para o desenvolvimento da área. Com uma história intimamente ligada à história da Casa Real da Romênia, a Rhein Cellars é o estabelecimento mais antigo onde se produz vinho espumante ininterruptamente, pelo método tradicional. As notáveis​​qualidades do espumante Rhein Extra são reconhecidas desde 1906, sendo o vinho premiado hoje nos mais prestigiados concursos internacionais.

Iconic Estate is one of the biggest producers and exporters of bottled wine in Romania, with over 60% of the annual production sold abroad. our wines are awarded by the most prestigious international competitions and we are the first Romanian wine producer to receive the Great Gold Medal at the “”Concours Mondial de Bruxelles””.
Our winery is successfully capitalizing on the potential and diversity of Romania’s most prominent wine regions, owning over 200 hectares of vineyards in Dealu Mare (Big Hill) and other wine regions. A part of the vineyard has a drip irrigation system and is certified organic. Dealu Mare (or Big Hill), located in the wine region of Dealurile Muntenia (Montes de Muntenia), has deep roots in the history of the region that is called “”land of red wine””. The typical hot and dry microclimate and the very long autumns favor a slow and deep ripening of the grapes. There is a long vegetation time of 210-240 days with a maximum humidity of 55-80%. The soil here is littered with marine fossils and the grapes enjoy the perfect combination of warm days and cool nights.
