A Viña Montes foi fundada em 1988 por Aurelio Montes, Douglas Murray, Pedro Grand e Alfredo Vidaurre, movidos por uma convicção radical para a época: o Chile tinha o terroir para produzir vinhos de classe mundial — e era hora de provar isso. Enquanto a indústria local exportava volume a preços de commodity, a Montes mirava em um jogo completamente diferente.
Em menos de uma década, a vinícola tornou-se a primeira referência internacional do vinho chileno premium. Hoje, a Montes exporta para mais de 100 países, tem sede no Valle de Apalta — um dos terroirs mais aclamados do Novo Mundo — e é reconhecida de forma consistente pelos rankings mais exigentes do mundo como uma vinícola que não apenas produz vinho, mas constrói um legado.
We are a group of wineries from Spain. We represent almost 2,000 families from this beautiful country. These families bring their know-how, acquired generation after generation. Our wineries have a huge social impact on the areas where they are located, representing the main economy for the town. Thanks to their grapes and the investment in the wineries, our winemakers are able to produce a wide range of different wines: red wines, white wines, rosé wines, sparkling wines, fizzy wines, orange wines, blanc de noir wines, 0.0% wines, premium sangrias, moscatos, cocktails, vermouth…

Bodega La Viña – La Font de la Figuera. Largest winery of D.O. Valencia.
