Há muitos anos, nossos vinicultores pioneiros trabalham sem fertilizantes químicos, pesticidas ou herbicidas — apenas com bom senso e respeito por sua terra. Na adega, eles limitam ao máximo as intervenções, para deixar que a natureza faça o seu trabalho de transformar a uva em vinho e conferir a ele a expressão mais autêntica do terroir de onde vem.

The BIOtiful wines are produced by sincere and passionate winegrowers, aware that good wine comes from the subtle alchemy between heaven, earth and the vine. They chose to grow their vines on a living soil where biodiversity is preserved by practicing organic / biodynamic farming.
For many years, our pioneering winemakers have worked without chemical fertilizers, pesticides and weedkillers. Just with common sense and respect for their land. In the cellar, they limit their interventions as much as possible to let nature do its work of transforming the grape into wine in order to give it the most authentic expression of the terroir from which it comes.
Beyond these daily practices and like the Amerindian legend taken up by Pierre Rabhi below, our winegrowers “do their part”.
