O projeto da Bodegas Volver foi fundado em 2004 por Rafael Cañizares, enólogo por formação e viticultor pela tradição familiar de quatro gerações ligadas à vinha e ao vinho.
Os pilares da bodega baseiam-se no reposicionamento dos vinhos espanhóis de qualidade e na recuperação de antigos vinhedos autóctones que, seja por baixa produtividade ou por falta de sucessão geracional, haviam se perdido.
Nosso ativo mais valioso é a nossa herança de vinhas entre 30 e 90 anos de idade, variedades autóctones cultivadas de forma sustentável e com o mínimo de intervenção. Praticamos uma viticultura sustentável que vem se fortalecendo ao longo dos anos.

The project of Bodegas Volver was founded in 2004 by Rafael Cañizares, enologist through studies and viticulturist through his family tradition of four generations bound to the vine and wine.
The pillars of the bodega are based on the repositioning of quality Spanish wines and recovering old indigenous vineyards which, either through low production or lack of generational succession, had been lost.
Our most prized asset is our heritage of vines between 30 and 90 years old, indigenous varieties cultivated in a sustainable way with minimal intervention. We practice sustainable viticulture that has been strengthening over the years.
A comprehensive vision that means taking care of the land and the environment with the utmost respect.
That’s the only valid way for us to guarantee that our wines are the best reflection of where they came from, that they show the characteristics of the plots, their terroir.
We create wines under different denominations of origin: La Mancha, Alicante, Valencia and Almansa.
