MANUS vem do latim manus — mãos. O nome traduz a essência da vinícola: a união entre natureza, conhecimento e trabalho humano na criação de vinhos que expressam sua origem.
Nosso trabalho começa no vinhedo. Safra após safra acompanhamos de perto cada ciclo da videira, respeitando o tempo da natureza e buscando interpretar, em cada vinho, a identidade do lugar onde ele nasce.
Nossas uvas são cultivadas em vinhedos próprios na Serra do Sudeste, em Encruzilhada do Sul (RS), região entre a Serra Gaúcha e a Campanha Gaúcha que vem se destacando como um dos terroirs brasileiros de grande potencial para vinhos finos. Clima, solo e relevo, aliados ao cultivo de viníferas conduzidas em espaldeira, favorecem o amadurecimento equilibrado das uvas.

MANUS comes from the Latin manus — hands. The name conveys the winery's essence: the union of nature, knowledge and human work in creating wines that express their origin.
Our work begins in the vineyard. Vintage after vintage we follow each cycle of the vine closely, respecting nature's timing and seeking to interpret, in every wine, the identity of the place where it is born.
Our grapes are grown in our own vineyards in the Serra do Sudeste, in Encruzilhada do Sul (RS), a region between the Serra Gaúcha and the Campanha Gaúcha that is emerging as one of Brazil's most promising terroirs for fine wine. Climate, soil and relief, together with trellised vinifera vines, favour balanced ripening.
